These general conditions of sale (hereinafter the "GTC") are applicable to any sale or order of products (hereinafter "the Products") placed by a consumer customer within the meaning of the introductory article of the Consumer Code (hereinafter referred to as the “Consumer(s) Client(s).

4/ Price, Availability

Items are delivered within the limits of available stocks.
We have more than 20,000 references in our catalog and in stock in our warehouse located in France allowing fast deliveries. 7/ Right of withdrawal

9/ Products classified as Dangerous

All products that will be returned for repair will bear 15€ including tax for the establishment of a repair estimate, these costs will bededucted from the repair invoice in the event of acceptance of the estimate by the consumer. In the event of refusal of the proposed estimate, the product will be returned to the sender as is and will not be reassembled. Return costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
Products returned without physical protection or poorly protected cannot benefit from the guarantee. It is therefore up to the buyer to take care to protect the returned products during transport.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and not faults due to improper use, not wearing parts or breakage during the learning of radio-controlled model making.
The model articles sold by the SCIENTIFIC/MHD company are not toys, but scale models intended for adults over 14 years of age.
Repairs are the responsibility of the customer.
Before any use you must:

- Understand the operation of the scale model, whether from a mechanical, electrical or electronic point of view,

CAUTION! Improper assembly and improper use can lead to the partial or destruction of the model with the risk of bodily injury. The user is solely responsible for damage related to the use and implementation of the scale model.
These GTC are subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute with professionals and/or traders, the courts of Valenciennes (France) will be competent. In the event of an international dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
