Shipping Conditions

We have chosen the best service providers to deliver to you under the conditions of optimal speed and efficiency. We support a significant part of these service costs supplemented by a fixed participation of the customer.

In the case of large parcels that can only be sent by carrier, an additional fees contribution may be requested, it is displayed with the article.

 The following costs are for parcel below 30 kg.

For parcel over 30 kg the company SCHENKER must be used, and cost are indicated upon request.

 For the cost deliveries in our neiborough countries of France you must consider in which country you are living.

Group 1: For Spain, Portugal, Netherland.

The delivery through Mondial Relay is possible in these countries.

You have the choice by Mondial Relay or delivery to your door.

  • 18,95 Euros by Mondial Relay whatever the amount ordered,
  • 25,00 Euros for home/door delivery below 150 Euros of purchase,
  • 15,00 Euros for home/door delivery over 150 Euros of purchase.

If you don’t chose a pick up solution with Mondial Relay, our company will decide which transport service is the best to deliver your parcel to your door.

It could be DPD, Postal Parcel, or SCHENKER for big carton.

Group 2: For Germany, Austria and Italy.

The delivery through Mondial Relay is not yet possible in these countries.

Maybe in 2023 it will be possible.

The cost of the home/door delivery are :

  • 19,95 Euros for home/door delivery below 150 Euros of purchase,
  • 15,00 Euros for home/door delivery over 150 Euros of purchase.

Our company will decide which transport service is the best to deliver your parcel to your door.

It could be DPD, Postal Parcel, or SCHENKER for big carton.

Group 3: For all other countries in Europe.

Such UK, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark etc. and overseas countries we can of course deliver your order, but we kindly ask you to contact our company by email to check the cost and the way of shipment case by case.

Our company cannot be held responsible for longer delivery times or loss of the package if the delivery information entered when ordering is incorrect. It is necessary that you give us your mobile phone number to give to the carrier.

In the case of a re-shipment request due to an error on your part, re-shipment costs may be requested.

It is specified that deliveries to the floor are not guaranteed; the standard place of delivery, being understood as the ground floor for buildings and offices or as the threshold of stores on the street for businesses.
