Preamble:
SCIENTIFIC/MHD SARL distributes its products to retail stores specializing in model aircraft, capable of providing the consumer both a technical service and a product, this in aircraft, boats, cars, helicopters. The purpose of this technical assistance is the optimal use of the equipment sold by the consumer.
Any order of products implies the acceptance without reserve by the purchaser and his full and complete adhesion to the present general conditions of sale which prevail over any other document of the purchaser, and over any general conditions of purchase, except express written and preliminary agreement of our Company. All prospectuses, catalogs, advertisements and Internet sites are for information purposes only and are not contractual.
PRICES
The prices in the price list are exclusive of VAT for the countries of the European Community when the shopkeeper is connected by B2B to our website. Our prices, valid at their date of publication, are given as an indication. Certain elements such as the parity of the Euro in relation to certain currencies or the increase in prices of our suppliers and the increase in all types of supply costs may force us to modify our prices without notice. Only the invoiced prices are to be taken into consideration for the establishment of your selling prices.
INVOICING - PAYMENT
All orders must be placed in writing, either through the E-Commerce website (B2B) or by email. It is firm and final, the customer can neither cancel it nor refuse delivery.
All payments are made by international bank transfer before the goods are sent.
The goods are prepared and reserved for shipment.
We will send you the invoice by e-mail for the payment by bank transfer as well as our bank details.
DEFAULT OF PAYMENT
Failure to pay on the due date will result in the immediate payment of all sums due, regardless of the method of payment provided, as well as the forfeiture of the term on the outstanding amounts not yet due.
CLAUSE OF COMPETENCE OF ATTRIBUTION
Any dispute with our customers will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valenciennes.
SHIPPING - DELIVERY
Changes on 03/01/2023.
For neighboring countries in the EEC (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal) Free port at 1,200.00 Euros excluding VAT, excluding bulky packages such as BLACKHORSE or SEAGULL aircraft and excluding fuel (dangerous goods).
The Franco is always to be calculated with goods available and deliverable in the quantities ordered. Items out of stock or new products not available cannot be included in the calculation of free shipping.
For other countries, including Switzerland or the United Kingdom, transport costs are extra at the bottom of the invoice and depend on the weight, volume and final destination.
“Express” or “urgent” shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
The costs of Drop Shipping (after agreement of the company) are always the responsibility of the customer. The company reserves the right to refuse any Drop Shipping.
To consider the transport and insurance costs borne by our company, a contribution of 0.95% of the value of the goods before discounts is applied at the bottom of the invoice.
Any shipment inferior to 155 Euros will be increased by 5,00 Euros (excluding VAT) for administrative costs.
Our goods are sold, taken and payable in Marly.
They travel, even in free shipping cost, at the risks and dangers of the recipient (art 105 of the Code of Commerce) and we decline any responsibility for delays, damage, missing. Our material is always considered as sold, received and accepted in our establishments.
It travels at the customer's risk. The goods must be checked upon receipt, in the presence of the deliveryman.
In case of damage or missing items, the words "Accepted subject to inspection" or "Subject to unpacking" have no legal value.
It is essential to perform the following two operations:
1° Write the SPECIFIC reservations on the delivery receipt.
2 ° Confirm these reserves immediately by email to the S.A.R.L. SCIENTIFIC / MHD.
No recourse against the carrier will be possible if these rules are not respected and the company SCIENTIFIC MHD cannot bear the costs and financial consequences of damage.
We invite you to take pictures of damaged or open packages and send them to us with a copy of the reserves as soon as the goods are delivered.
RETURN
No return will be accepted without prior agreement from our headquarters. In all cases, the return must be made FREE OF CHARGE to our headquarters, including repairs. No deduction on payments can be made before the credit note is established by us. Credit notes can only be issued after receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse.
BACK ORDERS
The unavailable articles are kept as leftovers except against the customer's order. These remainders benefit from free shipping if they come from an order reaching a value of 1200,00 Euros excluding VAT.
All orders send by the B2B are with total acceptance of our Trade conditions.
